COMUNICACIÓN DEL ESTUDIO
SOBRE SITUACIÓN COVID-19

Debido a la actual situación (COVID-19), nos seguimos tomando muy enserio las medidas de seguridad por el bien de todos, por lo tanto nos gustaría informar sobre los resultados de nuestra primera semana de trabajo adaptados, dadas las circunstancias, e informar sobre todos los servicios que seguimos prestando de forma online.
Os dejamos aquí una lista de los proyectos y tramites que pueden ser realizados a día de hoy sin ningún tipo de contacto social, y que se pueden gestionar desde nuestras casas. Todos estos trabajos pueden ser presentados a los distintos organismos oficiales; Ayuntamientos, Consellerias, Colegios de Arquitectos, de forma digital y telematicamente.

Certificados energéticos de viviendas y locales comerciales (necesario si se desea alquilar o comprar)

Nuevas altas de servicios o cambio de titularidad de los mismos (electricidad, agua) en viviendas nuevas y/o antiguas.

Informe técnico por desperfectos técnicos en viviendas o locales comerciales.

Informe técnico de vivienda por aumento de superficie para actualizar escrituras.

Documentación técnica, (informes, planos de superficie existente) para la venta de viviendas o locales comerciales.

Revisiones catastrales para adaptación a la nueva normativa.
Además de estos, seguimos trabajando con los proyectos de obra mayor, que pueden ser iniciados sin problema siguiendo nuestras nuevas medidas de seguridad establecidas en el estudio. Estamos disponibles en nuestro horario de apertura habitual para que nuestros clientes aprovechen este momento para averiguar sobre las posibilidades de nuevos proyectos.
Las reuniones con clientes por el momento se están realizando únicamente via videollamada o telefónicamente. A la hora de realizar cualquier tipo de revisión técnica, también les pedimos seguir nuestras pautas de seguridad. También cuentan con nuestro apoyo sobre cualquier tipo de duda para realizar gestión de documentación online.
Hasta aquí un resumen, de nuestra actividad adaptada a las nuevas normas de seguridad, con la intención de mantener ese contacto con nuestros clientes que nos han acompañado durante los últimos 24 años.

Due to the current situation (COVID-19), we continue to take security measures very seriously for the sake of all of us, therefore we would like to inform you about how we have adapted to the given circumstances regarding our team, the studio and which services we continue to do online.
Here you will find a list of projects and procedures that can be carried out without any type of social contact and from our homes or offices.
All of these can be presented at the different official organisms; Town halls, Councils, Architects' Associations digitally.

Energy certificates of properties and commercial premises (necessary if you are looking to rent or buy)

New service registrations or change of ownership (electricity, water) in new and/or old properties.

Technical report for damages or malfunctions in properties or business premises.

Technical report of properties due to an increase in surface area on the existing deeds.

Technical documentation, (reports, plans of an existing surface) for the sale of properties or commercial premises.

Cadastral revisions to adapt to new regulations.
In addition to these, we also continue to work with major construction projects, which can be initiated without any problem by following our new security measures established at the studio. We are available during our usual opening hours so that our clients can take advantage of this moment and find out all about the possibilities they might have in terms of new projects.
Meetings with clients are currently only being held via video call or telephone. When carrying out any type of technical review, we will kindly ask that you follow our security guidelines. However, you can also count on us with the support for any type of doubt when carrying out online paperwork regarding your projects.
Up to here, a summary of our activity adapted to the new safety regulations, with the intention of staying in touch with our clients the best way we can, just like they have been there for us during our last 24 years of activity.
